Robert Hamchuk is the founder of Apex App Solutions. Before starting the company, he spent more than 20 years as a technology executive in banking and insurance, most recently as a Vice President on the Innovation team at Wells Fargo Bank, where he led the company's Cross Reality (XR) program and more than 25 concurrent technology initiatives.

Throughout his career, Robert has established a proven track record of driving monumental efficiencies and tech-driven transformations. He has successfully spearheaded over 50 major concurrent business integration initiatives, streamlined complex corporate processes to reduce operational friction by 90%, and engineered strategic vendor and budget frameworks that delivered over $8 million in direct expense savings.

Today, Robert brings that same operational discipline to Apex App Solutions — designing and building AI-powered applications for real estate, insurance, retail, automotive, and digital media clients. He holds a degree in Psychology from San Jose State University, which he'll tell you has been just as useful as any engineering course for understanding what actually makes software easy for people to use.
